Somehow Chris went from losing the league in 2016 and not doing his punishment to becoming commissioner in 2018. Talk about an underserved come up! The bond of the league continued to strengthen during Chris's 2 year tenure which included 2 destination drafts. Some say the downfall of Chris began when he walked into Luke's Philly house and tried to kick his roommates out. Although the Lofrumento Administration was short lived it most definitely will never be forgotten. Chris is never really a threat to win the league, but it seems like his last place finish in 2016 was an outlier.
